Hellas Rally Raid - Serres 2012

Serres Rally 2012 promises to be the biggest Rally Raid ever to take place in Greece, while ensuring the highest possible organizational standards due to both organizer’s expertise and experience in hosting Rally Raid and international level competitions.

A total of 1400 kilometers spread over 5 days, 1020km of which are distributed among 10 Special Tests taking place in the 10 surrounding mountains, 3 prefectures and passing by two large cities of the north.

The incredibly varied terrain includes mountain-top passes and trails, river crossings, difficult abandoned roads dating from the Second World War, muddy sections, fast open terrain, green valleys, technical terrain, stony sections and even sandy parts, making the race a fantastic opportunity for a true navigational and racing challenge.

Some sections of the race will even include the opportunity for motorcycles to race along the famous 2008 ISDE tracks, as they will have a separate roadbook from the cars and quads.

To summarize, Serres Rally 2012 promises to be a true international 5 day competition which will test endurance, preparedness and racing skills, all while provoking the senses! Men, machines and mountains, entangled in an unforgettable adventure.
